Fruits only Smoothie

Hi all,

Welcome to another  Saturday Smoothie.

Here’s a refreshing smoothie on this hot summer day.
Fruits only for breakfast is beneficial to our health:

  1. Boost your metabolism
  2. Detoxify your body
  3. Stimulate digestion
  4. Promote weight loss
  5. Give energy

Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of frozen fruit blend
  • 1/4 cup of frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 Green Apple
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 2” ginger root
  • 1/2 of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tbs Honey optional*

Directions:
Toss all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and enjoy!
