Here’s a refreshing smoothie on this hot summer day.
Fruits only for breakfast is beneficial to our health:
- Boost your metabolism
- Detoxify your body
- Stimulate digestion
- Promote weight loss
- Give energy
Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of frozen fruit blend
- 1/4 cup of frozen pineapple
- 1/2 Green Apple
- 1/2 Banana
- 2” ginger root
- 1/2 of lemon juice
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tbs Honey optional*
Directions:
Toss all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and enjoy!
