Here’s a great smoothie recipe for a good wake-up feeling!
I personally have a hard time eating my greens therefore, it’s easier for me to add them to my morning smoothies! I prefer adding more veggies than fruits to keep the sugar level low.
Below is the ultimate morning smoothie. It will boost your hydration as well. Ideally, you want to consume your fruits in the morning since they digest super quickly, and a smoothie is a great way to do so! If you struggle drinking apple cider vinegar, this is an easier way to incorporate it into your morning drink!
Note: You want to use water only as this smoothie is mainly used as a detox.
1 cup Kale
1 cup Spinach
½ cup Pineapple (You can also substitute with berries)
½ cup Water
1 tbsp Honey *optional
1 tbsp Aloe Vera juice
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
Toss all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
