Yummy Protein Smoothie

Hi all,

I’m coming back with another Saturday Smoothie.
This smoothie recipe is a perfect post-workout.

  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 of berries
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 tablespoon natural nut butter of your choice. – I personally prefer Almond butter
  • 1 spoon of RAW Organic Protein, Organic Plant Formula * I love the flavour Vanilla.
  • 1 cup of water

Directions:
Blend everything for at least a minute until smooth.
Serve immediately and Enjoy!
