I’m coming back with another Saturday Smoothie.
This smoothie recipe is a perfect post-workout.
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/2 of berries
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 tablespoon natural nut butter of your choice. – I personally prefer Almond butter
- 1 spoon of RAW Organic Protein, Organic Plant Formula * I love the flavour Vanilla.
- 1 cup of water
Blend everything for at least a minute until smooth.
Serve immediately and Enjoy!
