DIY Citrus Respiratory Steam Recipe

Here’s a quick recipe that is great for cold, flu, and sinus congestion. Especially in this COVID season! This will help you if you’ve been affected by the virus.

Here are the benefits of steam inhalation:

  • helps with headaches
  • helps congested and stuffy nose
  • helps with breathing problems
  • relieves your lungs and chest pains

Include all the elements in a large pot. Add water and bring it to a boil.
Once it boiled, remove the pan from the oven and place it on a countertop or table. Make sure to put something underneath the pot to protect it from burning the surface. Inhale the steam and use a towel to cover your head.
Do it for 30 seconds to 1 minute at the time.
